Deadline to RSVP is Monday, June 24, at 11:59pm. BCC needs a headcount, so please RSVP by the deadline. 

Join us for our end-of-season Sharks Banquet on Tuesday, July 2, 6:00-8:00pm at the Balcones Country Club. 

We will have a fajita buffet and drinks. Alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase.

The Banquet is a family event celebrating everyone who has made this season so great! We would love for the whole family to join us! 

Come dressed to impress. This is a recognition event with no swimming.

The Banquet is not a drop-off event, so we ask that swimmers age 12 and under be accompanied by an adult.

Parents, guests, and siblings are $5.00 per person. 2024 Shark Swimmers are free. Please select the type of attendee and quantity in the drop-down menu. 

Instructions for the order form:

1. Designate how many 2024 Sharks swimmers you have. Add to the cart. 

2. Do not checkout yet if you want to add non-swimmers.

3. If you want to add non-swimmers, click the "continue shopping" button. 

4. Click the Banquet order form. Designate the amount of parents, guests, and siblings (non-swimmers). Add to the cart.

5. Check to make sure the numbers of swimmers and non-swimmers are correct. 

6. If the numbers of swimmers and non-swimmers are correct, then you can checkout and pay. If the numbers are not correct, you can update using the "update" button.

Please check your order before checking out to make sure all swimmers and non-swimmers are included. You can update your cart to edit the number of attendees before checking out. 

You will then receive an email confirming your order. The email will have the number of swimmers and non-swimmers in your RSVP. Your order serves as your RSVP.
